License
GumShip is sold by NYRAI LLC. A license grants you the right to use GumShip on your own Mac. The license is bound to the machine that activates it; you may deactivate it to move to a new Mac. A 14-day free trial is available before purchase.
Acceptable use
GumShip automates actions on your own Gumroad account that you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for what you publish and for the emails you send to your customers. Use GumShip only with Gumroad accounts you own or are permitted to manage.
Third-party services
GumShip interacts with Gumroad. GumShip is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gumroad. Gumroad may change its website at any time, which can temporarily affect automation; we aim to fix such breakages promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
No warranty
GumShip is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken on your Gumroad account through the app. Always review what GumShip will do before running a live push.

Because a free trial is provided, please evaluate GumShip during the trial. Refund requests are handled per Gumroad's policy; contact [email protected].
