Common questions

Do I have to give GumShip my Gumroad password? No. You log into Gumroad in an embedded browser window; GumShip never sees or stores your password — only the resulting session, which stays on your Mac.

A push didn't work after a Gumroad redesign. Because GumShip drives Gumroad's website, a dashboard change can occasionally break automation. Email us and we'll ship a fix.

How do I move my license to a new Mac? Open License in GumShip and choose Deactivate on the old Mac, then activate with the same key on the new one.

The release notes draft didn't appear. GumShip drafts notes using your local Claude Code (claude). Make sure Claude Code is installed and logged in.
